I order the smallest size of black 3.0. The paint itself was alright, not at all how advertised, and was really fragile. The paint can be scratched off with your fingertip if you press hard enough, but that wasn't the biggest issue. The shipping for the paint was godawful. I was forced to wait an extra month for the paint I ordered and even after getting an apology email promising the paint would be shipped within 4 days of the email, I still waited a week and a half to even get a shipping number. It took so long to deliver that I forgot I ordered it.

Customer service was great. Yeah it took some time, but the paint is pretty dope. It's blacker than charcoal, and I'm pretty stoked about my painted models.

The customer service was excellent, but the black 3.0 doesn't look in real life as advertised... The graffiti brands can deliver much darker and deeper black color than their so-called Black 3.0. At the same time the graffiti brands cost at least 3 times cheaper and they are available in the EU on the same day. Dissapointed...

P.S. I tried applying it to different materials...

Writing this review on 21 April, I placed an order on 28 February, and still haven’t gotten word of it being packaged and shipped out! The one correspondence I got back seemed like a generic tin can response (that I saw from other reviews others received word for word) saying that there’s a delay, we thank you for your patience. Since then I have sent out several emails with no response. Terrible customer service. I requested a refund/cancellation via the website and no response. I will be filing a claim with my bank.

I have ordered the mirror and black 3.0- I truly liked the paints. I ordered more black 3.0 on 4/2/23- I have never received any info other than the receipt. After multiple sent emails, I got an advertising email response. I am GREATLY disappointed and am going through PayPal for a refund. I will not be buying again. I sure I’ll bankrupt the company with my 1-2 bottle orders.

If there was zero stars i would give it. It’s been over a month they still did not send me any paint they are not even answering my e mails. Great customer service. They sell the paint they don’t even have.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. The site says orders ship in 48 hours in the US but that is a flat out lie. Customer service finally responded by Facebook messenger and said orders take a minimum 6 weeks to ship.

Items were shipped a week after I purchased them, and were received the week after. I will definitely buy fron them again.

Avoid this business at all costs. They have you pay for “expedited shipping” that’s states 3-5 working days but they don’t ship. They do not update you or respond to emails or concerns. I had to make a complaint to my bank to get my money back after weeks of no response to repeated emails. As a business owner I can’t imagine treating customers so poorly. Terribly deceptive tactics-save yourself the hassle and avoid culture hustle at all costs.

I am experiencing the same thing. The delivery prices is outrageous and needs to be adjusting. You pay for your items for next day delivery and then you do not necessarily receive your items the next day after pay the high price. I bought an item for 19.99 the total for item was £30.00 including delivery. Daylight robbery use a less expensive courier.

Your supposed to supporting artists come on do better.

Paid £9.44 for next day delivery. I had to chase up after more than a week. Massive coincidence that suddenly item appears to have been sent. Once received it was under 500g including the bag ??!!
I really hope the diamond dust is better than the service !!

Reading other reviews shows me that sadly I'm not the only one who never got their product, has lost their money and cannot get a response from customer service

I absolutely discourage it for the following reasons:

I bought a bottle of "blue Klein" acrylic, on the website it's sold as 150 ml, but in my case, I only received a 100 ml bottle.
Regarding VAT, the website is not transparent at all. If you are European, you don't understand how much tax you have to pay and, most importantly, on what (only product, or product plus shipping); in my case, out of 28 euros of acrylic, I had to pay 15 for shipping + 16 for taxes.
Non-existent customer service.
It's actually a scam. I bought 150 ml and only 100 ml arrived.
I do not recommend it.

P.S. "Easy Klein" is just a normal ultramarine blue.

Stuart is a great guy. I had some issues with my bank & with the shipping, to which Stuart personally helped me get figured out. I definitely recommend his products! Black 3.0 is so sick in person!

90 £ for nothing. I never received my order, jo reply, no customer service, no phone to call. This is fake company, don't order from them.
